This would be nice-to-have for distribution (e.g. Debian) packages of circus to build the documentation, run the tests or provide working examples for circus.

Sure these would be nice, but first I needed the package to be uploaded. It finally has been pushed on ftpmaster something like 3 weeks ago, and should be in sid any time soon.

I've finally disabled the tests in the debian/rules cause these failed on debomatic (due to very limited network test environment), but I'd like to reenable them (which will possibly require some test refactorings).

For the documentation, the problem is the dependency on mozilla_sphinx_theme. Either this must be packaged also or we must add it in the debian source package.

But your commits might be merged what so ever, let me check these.
