This adds timers 4, 5, and 6; adds the routing definitions for the efm32gg11b820; and adds support for timers with different register widths.

Some basic tests were done on the GPIOs, but I didn't test the PWMfunctionality.
EDIT: Spot checked a few PWM channels. Everything looks good.
