GIMP plug-in that exports a template as separate images with layers' values replaced by data from a CSV file
To install, copy the tcg_export.py file into Gimp's plugin directory and restart gimp. To find the plug-in directory, open GIMP and navigate to Edit > Preferences > Folders > Plug-ins. Select the first option and click the "Show folder in file explorer" button The plug-in will show up under File > Export TCG Files
