It seems that the output for the README has still not been updated to reflect the correct results for the CheckM2 testrun FYI. I have seen numerous threads opened and closed due to this discrepancy. I recommend accepting @pommevilla's update or even removing the checkm1 test run results entirely. |

I had the same question (and testrun results) as in #77. I added the the CheckM2 values alongside the existing completion and contamination scores from CheckM1 (if I'm understanding #77 correctly). I also reordered the table so that it's closer to what the user sees after running
checkm2 testrun.
