Many of Keycloak's user provisioning and authentication workflows include email confirmation. I've added a MailDev container for viewing these emails. This will also come in handy if/when we create CFPB-branded emails (see #8).
This PR also removes several
FIXMEs from the Auth Proxy's Apache conf now that they've been spun off into their own issues (see #6, #7, and #9), and updates the README a bit.
