Hey David - thank you for this. Just to give a small update, I have released this as a release candidate under the tag v1.4.3-rc.0. The openshift team currently have this deployed as a canary on a selected number of their nodes where they have been experiencing the issues. Once they have validated that the issue is resolved over the next few days - I will do a proper tagged release.

Cheers

Hey David - The openshift team have confirmed that they have been able to reproduce the previously problematic behaviour and using the new eos client it properly recovers.

Thanks for your help with this - I will get a patch release with this change deployed this afternoon.

Cheers Jack
