This is the last version of Hammer. All future versions will be for Jewel and higher.

Added restapi

Added ceph-rest-api and base for index sharding for rgw.

Initial Release

This cookbook has been worked on for awhile. This release is v0.9.0 to illustrate the amount of work so far. Additional testing is required on different platforms (e.g., Ubuntu). This release also only supports Hammer and above.
