gsjackctl v1

This is the first stable release of a gnome-shell extension I wrote 2 years ago. Since I switched to PipeWire I stopped using and working on this myself, but since some people might find this useful I decided to do a release of what's there.

Don't expect any new features in the future, but I do accept PRs for bugfixes and gnome-shell updates.
