This release updates ontology versions to CASE 1.1.0 and UCO 1.1.0, and adopts case_utils at 0.9.0. Various testing practices and infrastructure updates from case-utils have been adopted, including pre-commit and the --strict level of review from mypy, and using case_validate with concept IRI typo checking for output.

This release of case_exiftool also now interprets an RDF namespace change done in ExifTool version 12.26.
