Release 0.7.1 "Whip" - Bug fixes

Inserting variables, constants or units in a program was broken!
Also a few less critical fixes.

• decimal: Apply MinimumSignificantDigits to Sig modes
• tests: Fix missing ] at end of vector
• ui: Insert commands for unit conversions, constants and variables
• tests: Adjust help screen snapshot for authors
• menus: Do not clip text for hierarchical menus
