This is a testnet release, like all versions ending in t.
Added smart wallets, they are shown as subwallets within a regular wallet. Smart wallets can be spent if certain conditions are met, they are useful e.g. to represent pending orders on a trustless exchange.
Added ability to spend all funds in a (sub)wallet, useful when you want to cancel a pending order and empty its smart wallet.
