Make Distributed and Pebble Cache graphs only track App cache perform…

Currently some of the graphs in these rows only track the apps, and some
track all jobs (apps and cache proxies). This change makes it so that
they all just track the apps for consistency. I'll add cache-proxy
versions in a subsequent PR.
