Getting Started

  1. Message the telegram bot @telefinance_tracker_bot
  2. Follow the instruction provided by the bot or you can refer to the steps below
  • Go to the provided Google Sheet URL
  • Click on File in the top menu and select Make a copy to create your own copy of the template.
  • After making a copy, click on File again and select Share from the dropdown menu.
  • Add the email address (given to you by the bot) as an Editor
  • Copy the URL of your Google Sheet and send it to the bot
  1. Head over to your Google Sheet and make changes to the fields under Payment Type, Category & Income
  • Take note that the first column (grey out) is reserve for transportation image
  1. Head over to the bot and using it! You can use /addentry to add an expenses

To note

  1. Any expenses that is not under TRANSPORT is considered as OTHERS

Tips

  1. To quickly add transport/others expenses, you can use /addtransport or /addothers
