change the text as needed. to run:

1. have python and pip installed on your system (https://phoenixnap.com/kb/install-pip-mac)
2. pip install pandas, sklearn.metrics.pairwise and sentence_transformers have all of the files installed locally, then run the script and it will create a file called matches.csv
