• Weekly assignments are read by all group members.
• Project Description is read by all group members.

#Objectives

• Discussion about the project description for complete understanding of every member.
• Assignment work division.
• Creation of the communication plan draft.

#Outcomes

• We checked the previous years group's requirement pages.
• Project requirements are discussed.
• We decided to work on 4 groups (2 subtopics for each group).
• We decided to use Google Drive for the Requirements page before adding it to GitHub.
• More efficient GitHub usage is discussed (labels, wiki formats etc.).
• We scheduled a second meeting on 20.02.2017 17:00 at ETA Lounge.
• We decided to use Slack for more structed communication in the project announcements.

• Communication plan creation is assigned to Umutcan. Deadline: 20.02.2017 17:00
• Each member will check the communication plan and add the missing informations. Deadline: 20.02.2017 23.59
