Notes about geth 1.6

Note that in geth v1.6 some big changes are made that would require changing the genesis.json and the testing script. In particular, eth_compile family of methods are deprecated now.

• Compile contract using solc now. Following this.
• Changed genesis.json per geth Wiki. Added a config block. See this.
