  1. Change directory structrue.
  2. Use bower manage libraries.
  3. Use gulp.js build project.
  4. Fix some problem such as missing semicolon.

In addition,I think it is a good idea to create new repository for Converter which was written in Python.

Yeah, python converter will go to separate repo and it's gonna be python packaged.
