To install the course

• make sure you have 'git' installed
• clone the repository
  • git clone https://github.com/bioinformatics-core-shared-training/cruk-bioinf-sschool.git
• change to the directory that the repository was just downloaded to
  • cd cruk-bioinf-sschool
• make the 'softwareInstall.sh' and 'getData.sh' scripts executable
  • chmod 755 softwareInstall.sh
  • chmod 755 getData.sh
• run the software install script
  • ./softwareInstall.sh
• run the get data script
  • ./getData.sh
• You may also wish to install the latest versions of RStudio and IGV to help run the course
