This pull-request adds the option to enable/disable export of all active layers.
Disabling that option will only plot commonly used fabrication layers (copper, mask, silkscreen, paste, edge-cuts), like the original version of the Fabrication-Toolkit did. Manually specified extra layers are always included.
This patch addresses the concerns raised in issue #172
