bc.highly_variable_genes had an unexpected (not intuitive) behaviour, now adjusted to include a choice

per default sc_highly_variable_genes with batch_key will be run and additional HVGs that occur in a specific nr. of independent batches also added
if only_shared=True is set, sc_highly_variable_genes HVG results will be ignored and only HVGs that occur in a specific nr. of independent batches selected
