### Troubleshooting

In the event that you see a port conflict when starting the redis cluster (Windows):

1. Open a command prompt and locate the duplicte process listening on port 7000: `netstat -aon | find /i "listening" | find "7000"`
2. If you see a process listening on [::1] make a not of the last number in the table which will be the PID (Process ID)
3. Kill the process by issuing the following: `taskkill /F /PID your-PID-here`
4. Restart the redis cluster (Note you may still see a warning about duplicate ports, but it should now work)

In the event that NATs fails to connect due to missing STREAM.

1. Ensure you have NATs running in docker and that you have nats-cli installed.
2. Create the required stream (using INSTITUTE_EVENTS as an example) `nats stream add`
3. Enter the name at the prompt: INSTITUTE_EVENTS
4. Enter at least one subject when prompted: INSTITUTE_EVENTS_TOPIC
5. Use defaults for the reamaining prompts
