What?
A suggested reworking of the API tests: please don't merge, this is only an idea so far.
Why?
The pattern that the tests currently use with makes it tricky to add further assertions in some cases, since the vote counts are large and may need to be manually added/compared across many constituencies to come up with the correct expected numbers.
