This release changes the build system to cmake.

This release includes these file packages:

bmx-1.1.zip: Source code, including submodules and dependencies
bmx-1.1.tar.gz: Source code, including submodules and dependencies
bmx-win64-binary-1.1.zip: 64-bit Windows binaries created using Visual Studio 2019

The Windows binaries require the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable which provides the C and C++ runtime libraries.
