This PR adds a new attribute to the
rust_repository_set
rule calledinclude_default_target
.This attribute turns off the implicit inclusion of the default host triple when building the set of toolchain repositories when set to
False
.The default value of this new attribute preserves the rule's existing behaviour.
This PR addresses #2544 and is based on this commit mentioned in that thread.
