Description of changes:

Fix context download missing task_metadata file
This was a bug introduced in Major Refactor: Add save/load to dir, code refactor, etc. #86, as I forgot to add the task_metadata files to S3 and was using cached versions in all my local runs, so I didn't realize the issue. I've added the task_metadata files to S3 and updated the code to fetch them properly.
