Dot Transport DAO

Technical solution for security and monitoring road incidents using Polkadot Blockchain, Ink Smart Contracts and Metachain, Intel one API toolkit, Ethereum, IPFS and OSS AI models; enable early detection and prevention of accidents.

Description

Our solution offers an Artificial Intelligence-based object detection system that utilizes Polkadot blockchain, Ink Smart Contracts and Metachain, Intel one API toolkit and ethereum blockchain solutions powered by IPFS storage for sorting information obtained from a variety of road junctions, cameras deployed at monitoring spots.

Our app solution will enable effective design, engineering and delivery of Polkadot Blockchain and Metachain, Intel one API toolkit aided solution to make roads safer and better using predictive analytics and automation for incident reporting and reduction in hazardous transportation with capabilities pluggable and extendable to 5 different personas: Driver, Police, Citizen, Dispatcher, Admin. Our solution will benefit:

  • Police Force 360 degrees access of the incidents to the action/ administration team. They can manage the complete lifecycle of incident reporting, overall status, traffic monitoring, managing police teams. Using machine learning they can also predict the incident occurrence at any area. This will help in taking necessary actions in advance to control the traffic. They can also use the solution for effective utilization of staff members and provide road safety counselling.

  • Ministry of Road and Transportation: Endeavor to change the car accident scenario by use of car technology to make driving safer and monitored for drivers, authorities, as well as other 3rd parties. With a mix of hardware and software, we will provide intelligent feedback about drive quality and help analyze past incidents, as well as predict future incidents.

  • Citizens and Cab aggregators: Reduction in the number of road accidents.

  • Insurance Companies: Aggregated/ anonymized driving data and incident data will be helpful to car insurance companies.

  • OEMs and Dealerships: Vehicle diagnostics and in-car service consumption will be helpful for OEMs and Dealerships.

  • Smart Cities Policy Makers/ Government: Real time traffic flow, incident alert and parking data will be enable safer roads.

  • Advertisers: Customers/driver demographics will be available.

  • Fleet customers: fleet performance, compare against competition.

How it works?

How it works:

  1. Camera Management: Add/edit/delete cameras using DAOs on Polkadot Blockchain
  2. Object Detection using Pytorch/Tensorflow deep learning library using CNN neural networks.
  3. Video analytics configuration using DAOs on Dot Blockchain
  4. Live streaming with Object Detection Video Analytics
  5. Alarm storage. Save/delete alarm metadata and image to/from IPFS. Store the hash returned from IPFS and provide links to alarms and blockchain transaction details.
  6. Alarm Viewer: Add alarms with a single touch.

Alarm Viewer and Notifier:

  1. Open the Alarm Settings menu from the home page.
  2. Add an alarm, set the wallpaper or choose an alarm tone.
  3. You can also delete an existing alarm.

Transport DAO tool using Polkadot, Ink Smart Contracts and Intel oneAPI for solving multiple challenges in investigative case management of road incidents for the admin role: sentiment analysis of a particular road incident for the admin role, social media text mining for a road incident and classification and severity of the incidents, early stage incident response and prevention.

Tool Features

This DAO support tool is designed as a web application that anyone can use easily. It supports wallet connection and Google Login, so even those who have no experience with Web3 or do not have a wallet can get started right away. In addition, the visual interface allows you to see at a glance the progress of your project and the results of your vote. The tool is updated in real time, so you can always see the latest information. There is no need to wait for a regular meeting or approval process.

Main Functions

Project, Proposal Creation Function: It is easy to create a new project. Creating a new project is easy. Just set the project name, description, and members! You can check the progress of the project in real time, so the project will proceed smoothly. You can also set different access rights for each project to ensure security. After creating a project, members can also create proposals and resolutions within the project.

Governance SBT: Astar Blockchain

Using the Astar blockchain, users of the DAO tool can mint Governance SBTs in accordance with the ERC3525 standard. A Governance SBT (ERC 3525) is a Semi-Fungible Token (SFT) that represents a right to participate in the governance of a project. It allows project members to see their share and voting rights.

Governance Voting Function: 1 SBT = 1 vote.

Users can vote on project proposals and resolutions according to the rule 1SBT = 1 vote. Users can directly express their opinions on projects of interest to them through Governance Voting. Voting periods and proposals can be easily managed within the tool for efficient decision making.

The tool also publishes the results of the project vote and the mint status of the Governance SBT via blockchain technology. This increases transparency and builds trust among project members and DAO participants.

Self-driving promotion function through incentives

Utilizing the SFT function of the ERC3525 standard, on-chain points are accumulated so that participants' contributions, such as votes, can be visualized. Organizations can give real prizes, wired access to new products, or bonuses to DAO participants based on their visualized contributions. This encourages DAO members to become active voluntarily.

Public forum and communication function (under development)

Task management and progress reports can be made in the tool's public forum, and discussions and opinions can be exchanged among members. The tool also has a variety of functions to help members clearly understand their roles and goals, and cooperate with other members to advance the project. The public forum and private message functions facilitate communication among project members. This improves teamwork and increases the success rate of the project.

We are extending the example of intel oneapi powered invoice to cash automation to develop an invoicing suite and Web3 Car Parts Dashboard that enables Transport Ministry and third party service and repair organizations to keep track of all the details of their transport assets, DeFi investments, transactions, and assets across all multiple chains and also displays DAO data using a data visualization chart. We are building our solution on top of an existing web3 dashboard system and wish to integrate an analytics, tabulation and collaboration tool namely EtherCalc.
