reorder event buttons via drag and drop

Dear Phil, thank you very much for this excellent contribution. The drag-and-drop seems to work as intended. I couldn't find any issue with the re-worked event table so I just merge this one. Wonderful! |

Issue: Events - Sorting #214
This change allows you to sort the event buttons by dragging the row up or down.
Also all User changes in the Buttons Tab will be only apply by pressing "OK".
