Closing as pointless since this only moves the URL from one location in the file to a slightly less appropriate location.

@Init-io please don't submit pointless pull requests to this repository. The Arduino Library Manager Registry contains thousands of libraries from hundreds of authors. Finite resources are available to maintain this resource which is so important to the Arduino community. Pointless pull requests waste those resources and so this is irresponsible behavior. Repeated irresponsible activity may result in the revocation of your Library Manager Registry privileges.

Perhaps you actually intended to accomplish something productive with this pull request? If so, I am happy to provide advice on how you can accomplish whatever goal you might have. But I can only do that if you make the effort to clearly communicate your intent. You can do that by adding a detailed description in a reply here on the pull request thread. I'll continue to monitor the thread even though the PR is closed.

Although we have automated the library submission process, all other maintenance of this repository is done by humans. So when you want to accomplish something here other than submitting a library you must communicate in a way that a human can understand.

If English is not your native language, you are welcome to compose the description in your native language and then use an automatic translation service (e.g., Google Translate) to convert it to English language before posting it in a comment.

After the initial addition of the library, the indexer job periodically checks each of the libraries in the index and picks up any new tag/release that meets the requirements listed here:

https://github.com/arduino/library-registry/blob/main/FAQ.md#what-are-the-requirements-for-publishing-new-releases-of-libraries-already-in-the-library-manager-list

This means there is no need to take any additional action to add new releases of your library to Library Manager. They will be added automagically! There is no need to take any further action in this repository to publish a new release, and any actions here won't accomplish anything.

It does take a little time for the indexer job to run, and then some additional time after that for the update to propagate through the CDN and the local cache. But it will get there. We give a conservative estimate of availability within one day's time.

You can monitor the indexing of the library releases by checking the library's dedicated indexer logs web page:

https://downloads.arduino.cc/libraries/logs/github.com/Init-io/DoEEP/
