This PR refactors the diagnostics flow so that diagnostic information is streamed to
app-uifrom Hotshot.This PR is not yet complete! At the moment, the diagnostics detail page opens the websocket and collects the streamed events into a JSON-like structure, which is currently displayed as-is inside a
<PreText>component.
