Much Less Irritating

Small, but important usability improvements.

• Force bracketed paste mode
• Construct environment for local TMux properly
• Make resizing shrink the terminal vertically too

Even More Useful

• Prevent tab labels from becoming too long
• Allow tabs to scroll when there are too many
• Add context menu to URLs
• Restore window size and position between runs
• Force UTF-8 support in tmux

I can actually use this

• Filter out screen window title escape sequence
• Receive drop events
• Fix regression in copy sensitivity
• Redisplay the open dialog if the connect failed

Sorta Working

• Only add URL handlers for supported schemes
• Try to fix resizing problem
• Fix the hung SSH session problem
• Added keep alive support for SSH
• Copy environment variables to local tmux

You might be able to use this without rending your eyes.

Somewhat Less Broken

Still rather irritating to use, but:

• Break send-keys into short blocks (avoids problem in tmux 1.8)
• Fix bug causing infintie loop when remote end dies unexpectedly
• Wire notebook close button to correct destroy function
• Rename new/disconnect menu items to be the same order
