Observable Property vocabulary

A set of "Observable Properties", formalized and maintained as 'individuals' from the OP Ontology, also aligned with SKOS. The set was assembled in support of water-quality observations for the eReefs project.
There are four main collections in the vocabulary:

• Observable properties
• Some generic features
• Substances and taxa
• Units of measure

The vocabularies are served from a SISSvoc service hosted by CSIRO on behalf of environment.data.gov.au. SISSvoc provides a Linked Data API interface to SKOS, which is implemented over the top of a SPARQL endpoint.

A HTTP GET request for a URI denoting concept or collection is redirected to the SISSvoc service by a PIDsvc that handles all requests to http://environment.data.gov.au.
