Add ETBLOCK support

Add basic ETBLOCK support.

@germa89, public documentation for ETBLOCK is non-existant and I can't tell what the remaining items of the block are. Here's an example block (corresponds to ET,1,181):

ETBLOCK,        1,        1
(2i9,19a9)
        1      181        0        0        2        0        0        0        0        0        0        0        0        0        0        0        0        0        0        0        0

If possible, please post any documentation that can be released publicly regarding ETBLOCK.

I have been told you can create a free account in ansys help and access the info regarding ETBLOCK... Can you check that??
