The left dot stroke should point to bottom right instead of bottom left in CID+7724.
This error seems to be introduced only in Kozuka Mincho, which is the base font for Adobe-Japan1 reference. Other Adobe-Japan1 fonts are affected by this error.
The original JIS78 document is provided by Ken Lunde. I have also confirmed with him that this is indeed an error in Adobe-Japan1.
