Issue

Unnecessary options when opening a GitHub issue and one should redirect to Discussions.

Description

There are 9 choices. These are:

• Baseline Request (REMOVE → merge with Feature Request)
• Bug Report (KEEP)
• Improve Documentation (KEEP)
• Feature Request (KEEP)
• Question (NOT AN ISSUE → Redirect to Flower Discuss and merge with Discussions)
• Slack Channel (KEEP as redirect)
• Discussions (MERGE with Question)
• Flower Issues (REMOVE → leads nowhere)
• Flower Mail (REMOVE)

This would reduce the number of choices from 9 → 5 which makes it easier to oversee.
