chore: add react rollup example and update plugins

Testing version 0.0.14

Error missing wrangler dep from zephyr-agent but outside of that, these are the results.

• ✅ [create-default-webpack-mf]: remote (app2) works but the host (app1) doesn't. Related to Webpack's MF. This PR should solve this
• ✅ [create-mf-app-rspack]: this package is not MF but it is Rspack. Its working normally.
• ❔ [create-nx-rspack-workpace-mf]: not setup for Zephyr, not totally setup for Rspack either.
• ✅ [create-nx-workspace-mf]: Working properly.
• ✅ [ng-nx-v15]: Working properly.
• ❌ [qwik-1.5]: "Asset Not Found in Snapshot" Error. 0.0.13 works though.
• ✅ [react-rollup-ts (new example)]: Working properly.
• ✅ [react-tractor-sample]: Working properly.
• ❔ [react-vite-nx]: No dependencies set up.
• ✅ [react-vite-ts]: Working properly with exception of svg issue. Vite plugin solves but there are some things with serving that is going as text/plain.
