spark-shell -i performance/bdg_perf/bdg_perf_sequila.scala --packages org.postgresql:postgresql:42.1.1 --conf spark.biodatageeks.perf.testId=$BRANCH_NAME --jars /Users/marek/git/forks/bdg-sequila/target/scala-2.11/bdg-sequila-assembly-0.4.1-SNAPSHOT.jar -v --master=local[2] --driver-memory=2g

Setup a database

docker run --name bdg-sequila-perf -v bdg-perf-pgdata:/var/lib/postgresql/data -e POSTGRES_PASSWORD=mysecret -d -p 5435:5432 postgres:10.5
docker exec -u postgres -it bdg-sequila-perf psql
CREATE DATABASE bdg_perf;
CREATE USER bdgeek WITH ENCRYPTED PASSWORD 'mysecretpassword';
GRANT ALL PRIVILEGES ON DATABASE bdg_perf TO bdgeek;
