Sample_name problem

Hi all,
Thanks for creating such an amazing tool. I faced a TypeError when running compass, see attached:

Details:
Since I have made some analysis on my datasets before, thus every sample name was re-named (from index) and ordered into 0, 1, 2, 3..... I have another file to annotate every sample into specific clusters, but I think it may not compatible with the request for sample_names.tsv for the compass input. I'm not sure how to solve this error, could someone help me with this?
