A neuroanatomy-based augmented reality experience powered by computer vision that features 3D visuals of the Atlas Brain Map slices.

Get Started

Clone this repository and install the other dependencies with pip:

git clone https://github.com/YasPHP/BrainAR.git
cd BrainAR
pip install -U -r requirements.txt

Run AR Program

python ArucoModule.py

ArUco Markers

• Print out these ArUco Markers for detection
• Generate your own ArUco markers here
