The file contains a tutorial for optical state prep of GKP states.


Context: Adding more pretty pictures to the gallery.

Description of the Change: New file; GKP state prep tutorial.

Benefits: the first fault-tolerant Jupyter tutorial.

Possible Drawbacks: None, only benefits.
