✅ Fix proper redirect profile link

• 🐛 Bug report: No redirect profile link
• The contributors section showcase the contributors data but no redirect link to their profile also not properly showcasing the profiles, as there's not much space

Fixes: #734

Proposed Changes

• Added an anchor tag to each contributor's name to link to their GitHub profile.
• Ensured the links open in a new tab and are secure by using target="_blank" and rel="noopener noreferrer" attributes.

Additional Info

• This change enhances the user experience by allowing users to easily visit the GitHub profiles of contributors directly from the contributors' section.

Actually I can't run the dev anymore, as there is too much process time taking to load, the repo in codespace. my laptop can't handle
