This branch attempts to fix the render performance issue on the dashboard, as written up in #119

For now, the current code is trying to implement list virtualization based on an example from the MUI docs.

TODO:

Wire up JUP block data to the table, see if it still works
Try converting class based component to React.FC for standardization's sake


          virtualized table example added (not wired up with block data yet)
