As noted in #392, the enhanced UD graph had extra edges indicating the head noun's function within the relative clause only where there was an explicit relativizer to bear that function in the basic UD tree. This PR adds them for reduced relative clauses.
The reduced relative edges were added by @xiulinyang (heuristics+hand-checking) in https://github.com/xiulinyang/relative-amr-eval/
Taking these into account, rc-types.sh (#474) provides Cxn information for all RCs
