USDX-v2023.12.0

With UltraStar-Deluxe/USDX#770 libwebp was updated to the version from this release to fix CVE-2023-4863.
The first version of USDX released with this DLL was v2023.12.0.

There were insignificant changes in the import tables of other DLLs that make use of libwebp like libtiff-6.dll. These were not updated in USDX and are therefore also not updated in the zip file provided here.

USDX-v2023.6.0

The DLLs from this release have been added to UltraStar Deluxe with UltraStar-Deluxe/USDX#711.
The first version of USDX that was released with these DLLs is v2023.6.0.
