LobsterGeneX is a web application designed to visualise gene expression results from ten different tissue types from the European lobster (Homarus gammarus).
Tissue types analysed:
- Eye, Gill, Nerve, Muscle, Heart
- Hepatopancreas, Gut
- Ovary, Testes
- Juvenile

Install node package versions from package.json:
