Welcome to the NorMIT-Plan wiki!
NorMIT-plan is designed to support the pipeline of taking pre-operative liver images and creating 3D models from them, then using them to plan a liver resection.
This extention for Slicer currently contains two modules:
The extension can be built against a compiled version of Slicer 4.8, and then linked in the Slicer settings under "additional module paths": Path/To/Build/NorMIT-Plan/lib/Slicer-4.8/qt-loadable-modules
The modules should then be available under NorMIT-Plan in the modules dropdown:
It should, in the future, also be able to download a binary of Slicer that contains the extension here. However, the version currently available for download is old and does not contain the vessel segmentation module.
We currently compile and run tests using CircleCI (when new commits are pushed) and the results of the tests are uploaded to the dashboard seen here.
