Prettier 4.0 runs ~3x faster on the terriajs code base, so update to the latest 3.x version to reduce the change from the next upgrade. This version seems a bit faster than 2.7.2, running "time -p yarn prettier" with 2.7.2: Done in 20.41s. real 20.55 user 33.06 sys 3.49 vs 3.3.2: Done in 19.32s. real 19.46 user 30.62 sys 3.39
