There seems to be some confusion regarding who actually created the original MS-DOS game. Here's the sources I know of:

English Wikipedia

Achtung, die Kurve!

Developer(s): Filip Oščádal, Kamil Doležal
Platform(s): Amiga, MS-DOS

No other authors are mentioned.

German Wikipedia

Achtung, die Kurve!
Dune 3 – Achtung! Die Kurve…

Entwickler: Filip Oščádal und Kamil Doležal
Veröffentlichung: 1993 (Amiga), 1995 (DOS)

Czech Wikipedia

Achtung, die Kurve!

Vývojáři: Kamil Doležal, Filip Oščádal
Platformy: Amiga, DOS
Datum vydání: 1993, 1995

Vladimír Chvátil is mentioned as the author of Červi (1993), of which Achtung, die Kurve! is said to be a clone:

Hra je klonem hry Cervii (Červi) také brněnského autora Vladimíra Chvátila, ze září 1993, také pro DOS.

Je klonom hry Cervii (od Vladimíra Chvátila) a vytvorili ju český programátori Filip Oščádal (ako Fred Brooker) a Kamil Doležal (ako Kevin Updike) pod hlavičkou Hero Music Company pre počítače Amiga v roku 1993. Obsahuje hudbu, zvukové efekty a plne grafické pozadia hracej plochy. DOS verzia vznikla pravdepodobne v roku 1995, spúšťací súbor má názov ZATACKA a jej texty sú v angličtine...

English translation by ChatGPT:

Achtung, die Kurve!, or in Slovak, "Pozor zákruta!" (also known as Dune 3 on the Amiga), is a snake-type computer game supporting two to six players on a single computer. It is a clone of the game Cervii (by Vladimír Chvátil) and was created by Czech programmers Filip Oščádal (as Fred Brooker) and Kamil Doležal (as Kevin Updike) under the label Hero Music Company for Amiga computers in 1993. It includes music, sound effects, and fully graphical backgrounds for the playing field. The DOS version was likely created in 1995, with the executable file named ZATACKA, and its texts are in English.

Filip Oščádal (@mxdpeep)

I am the author of the Amiga game concept (holes, speeding up, relative worm speed by background color), sound effects, simple graphics and music; Kamil Doležel wrote the Amiga assembly code

also note that Kamil's surname usually gets misspelled (that's why I use my alias Fred Brooker to downplay the errors)

According to Filip, Vlaada Chvátil and Rumun Křivánek created the MS-DOS version. (Note that the two versions differ substantially in terms of both gameplay and visuals.)

Ah, ye olde Dune 3! 😎

And then we have the MS-DOS version (ZATACKA.EXE):

Did Vlaada create both Červi and, two years later, Achtung, die Kurve! for MS-DOS (together with Rumun)?

Awesome! Well, not that people misspell his name, but that I don't have to. ^.^

Achtung Die Kurve! is solely Amiga name for Dune 3

OK! 😊 But this PR is about who created ZATACKA.EXE for MS-DOS. Are you positive that it was Vlaada and Rumun? For extra clarity, here's a screenshot of the game I'm talking about:
