Dependency Downloader

• Added FFMPEG Downloader
  MusixClient requires FFMPEG to operate, previously the app didn't check if the utility was available. This would cause the app to crash while downloading music.

If FFmpeg is required, MusixClient will now download it at startup.

Changelog:

• Modified FFmpeg downloader to also download FFprobe, as it is a requirement of Xabe.FFmpeg

• Added 'ManualMetadata' plugin, to download tracks from youtube that are not on Spotify
• Moved app dependencies to the 'Bin' folder, to reduce clutter

Can't remember what I've added since. Here's just a quick release with updated depend dependencies for the Windows client.
