The major changes are:
- stackification: uimacpp_ros, rapidjson_ros and robsoherlock_msgs are part of this repo now;
- descriptors are now YAML files, uimacpp specific XMLs are generated in the background
- internal SWIPL engine for query answering without KnowRob
- automatic serialization of UIMA types to json
- query answering based on value domain restrictions
- extendible query answering (experimental)
- bug and API fixes
