Bug-fix release for backwards compatibility on older Androids (7,8)

• fixes zlib dependency on old zlib to support Android 7, 8
• fix end-screen crash due to missing .ogg sound file

Updated Android release, targeting Android 13 (API level 33) as required by Google Play Store since Aug 2023.

• clang/arm build of libsdl_mixer fails to play MOD tracker files, so these are now converted to .ogg for the Android app, which fixes it (but increase the package size).
• built using the freedroid-1.2.2.apk tag on both this repo as well as the SDL-Android wrapper/port https://github.com/ReinhardPrix/commandergenius
